Если ничего не поможет,только сброс до заводских настроек решит проблему

Не надо было восстанавливать резервную копию,настроить нужно,как новое устройство

Сторонние приложения скачивпли для установки шрифтов, смены смайликов и прочее? после чего стал сбрасывать обои?

да. Я установила смайлики как на айфоне

мне не помогло. Обои опять пропадают. Может что-нибудь ещё можно сделать?

В крайнем случае установи предыдущую версию приложения,часто глючит из-за этого.Удачи!
