Solutions of Google Play not working
According to feedback from our customer service, a number of MEmu users have experienced a Google Play Store problem at some point. Whether it’s an error message when downloading apps, the Play Store crashes or simply won’t open. We’d like to write about some solutions to Google Problem. You are able to try these settings firstly, just in case customer service didn’t reply on you in time.
Check your Internet connection
First of all, please verify the status of the Internet in MEmu. You need to open the browser of MEmu and make sure if you are able to visit a website.
Check your date and time settings
Google checks your Android smartphone’s date and time for the Play Store and it does the same thing to MEmu Player. If the store does not find a time, it could cause some issues. Google’s servers could have a tough time syncing with MEmu and cause your Play Store to act up.
To fix this issue, you need to go into your the Settings page from the home screen of MEmu.
You should find “Date and Time” under “System”. Click this item and you are able to check whether your emulator is on the Automatic date and time provided by your network. If it isn’t already then you should turn it on.
Clear the Cache and Data of Google Play Store
In some cases, you can get the Play Store going again by just emptying the cache and data. The cache is a storage area that temporarily holds data so it can be quickly retrieved without needing to be reloaded. Data sets the app back to square one and gets rid of your saved information, hopefully including whatever glitchy data was causing the problem. Clearing cache and data helps to solve Google Play problem sometime.
Click and hold the icon of Google Play on the home screen of MEmu and click “App Info”.
Then you are able to clear data and cache on this page. (Note: Please ensure all of your accounts info are saved before clearing.)
On the other hand, some of MEmu users also have experienced a problem that they cannot log in Google Play Store.
To solve this problem, please make sure you are using the default device model in MEmu.
If the current device model on your MEmu differs from the picture above. Please delete a file called “MEmuDef.db” in the installation folder of your MEmu, and restart your emulator.

Solutions of Bad Performance and Blue Screen Problem
#How to Solve Poor Performance# If you feel poor performance when using MEmu, it’s absolutely abnormal because MEmu is the most powerful Android Emulator in this world. In fact, there are five possible reasons. You are using a very outdated computer, maybe five years ago or even older, like Intel Pentium, Celeron or Atom serial processor with less than 2GB memory. [Solution: You deserved a better computer, check system requirements.] The hardware virtualization feature is not enabled or conflicted on your computer. [Solution: You can try to enable/fix it. Enable VT or Solve VT Conflict] You have installed too many apps in a single VM, which makes the performance worse. [Solution: Create a new VM with Multi-MEmu if you have more 30 apps installed.] Some antivirus or security software is not in favor of emulator software very much, like 360 or bit-defender. As far as I know, some installation failures are also caused by such kind of software. [Solution: Turn off these software completely and try with MEmu again.] Some other antivirus software like AVAST and/or AVG by default enable “Hardware-assisted virtualization” that means they are exclusively using some CPU-cores, too. [Solution: You have to disable this feature in mentioned AV-programs’ settings.] #How to Fix Hardware Assistant Virtualization Conflict# (Which result in Blue Screen Problem) As we mentioned above paragraph, If you run into performance drop or stuck at 59% loading or vt-x occupation warring, please check your system as below. 1. When AVAST or AVG exists on your PC, please disable hardware-assisted virtualization in troubleshooting setting and reboot system. Sometimes, it will be enabled after a certain update. 2. If you have Windows Hyper-V (an optional feature of Windows), please turn it off and reboot the system. Sometimes, it will be turned on after a certain Windows update. 3. Minecraft Caves and Cliffs Part II update set to release on November 30
Mojang has made a new announcement regarding the Caves and Cliffs update. Due to the current situation, the developer team was unable to work on the complete update. Therefore, Caves and Cliffs were divided into two separate parts. The first part of the update brought goats, powdered snow, copper blocks, fan-favourite Axolotls, telescopes and a couple of other fun additions. Later during Minecon 2021, it was also revealed that the second part of the update was actually scheduled to come out pretty soon. Well now, it is closer than ever! With the month of November coming to an end very soon, the month of December is just right around the corner. The month of December for 2021 is expected to bring along a lot of exciting, new content in the form of skins and events to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. This includes the December 2021 Starlight Pass, new hero, new skins, new events and much more content believed to be coming to the game in the month of December. All of these upcoming skins and events for Mobile Legends for the month of December 2021 will be covered in this article, read on to find out more! Official confirmation from Moonton Games nor the Mobile Legends developer team regarding the actual release of some of the skins and events in this article is yet to be released. Mobile Legends December 2021: Upcoming skins and events December 1: December 2021 Starlight Pass Brody’s “Lethal Fang” First up on our list, the December 2021 Starlight Pass will bring a lot of rewards for players purchasing the month’s Starlight Pass. The December 2021 exclusive Starlight Skin is believed to be Brody’s “Lethal Fang”. This skin was believed to originally be for the October 2021 Starlight Pass, but was eventually replaced with Ruby’s “Pirate Parrot”. Many more rewards including emotes, Sacred Statues etc. will also be available. These are just like those available in previous Starlight Passes are expected to also be made available for Starlight Pass holders as they progress through the Starlight levels. December 3: Nana Collector skin Nana’s “Aqua Pura” is expected to be the December Collector skin, which will be made available in the Grand Collection event on the 3rd of December, 2021. It is believed that players will be able to obtain this skin through the Grand Collection event mainly using Grand Collection Tickets. December 21: New Hero Edith and basic skin Phylax “Celestial Safeguard” On the 21st of December, 2021, the highly-anticipated hero Phylax, the Ancient Guard, will be released in the game, making it the first-ever Tank/Marksman hero in Mobile Legends. This new hero will have two modes, which it will be able to morph into, the Tank melee mode, as well as the Marksman, ranged mode, equipped with powerful Crowd Control (CC) abilities to allow it to perform well in team fights. A basic skin will also be released along with Phylax, named “Celestial Safeguard”. December 21: Granger Legend Skin Encore Granger’s Legend Skin “Starfall Knight” On the 21st of December, 2021, Granger’s Legend Skin “Starfall Knight” will be making an encore in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. This will allow players to once have a chance at obtaining this skin, with all-new display animations and skill effects. It is believed that players will be able to obtain this skin through the Magic Wheel event, mainly using Magic Wheel Potions. Players can receive for completing certain tasks, such as topping up a certain amount of in-game diamonds during certain time periods. Alternatively, just like previous Magic Wheel events, it is expected that players can also use in-game diamonds or Crystal of Auroras in this event. December 22: Martis Capricorn Zodiac Skin Martis’ “Capricorn” Zodiac skin Martis’ “Capricorn” Zodiac Skin is also expected to make a return to the game on the 22nd of December as the next Zodiac Skin from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s special Zodiac Skin line, being made available in-game. It is believed that players will be able to obtain this skin through the in-game Zodiac Summon event mainly using Crystal of Aurora to increase their Star Power, with players typically gaining 1-5 Star Power upon each summon, and a slight possibility that players receive 100 Star Power on a single draw and therefore obtaining the skin. Alternatively, just like previous Zodiac Summon events, it is expected that players can also use in-game Diamonds in this event. Martis’ “Capricorn” Zodiac Skin will be the next Zodiac Skin available in-game following Irithel’s “Sagittarius” Zodiac Skin. December 25/26: End of Ranked Season 22 and commencement of Season 23 Ranked Season 22 On the 25th of December 2021 server time, Mobile Legends Ranked Season 22 will be ending. This will also bring the commencement of Ranked Season 23 in the game. Following the ending of Ranked Season 22, the in-game rank of players will be reset accordingly for the commencement of Ranked Season 23. Although unconfirmed, it is likely that an event will be released in the game on the days or weeks leading up to the end of Ranked Season 22. This allows players to complete certain tasks in order to obtain Star Protection Cards for free. This will aid them in their final push in the Ranked mode before the ending and reset. Players will also be able to claim various rewards from the Ranked mode, based on their highest Rank achieved during Ranked Season 22. These rewards will most likely be sent to players shortly after the ending and reset of the Ranked Mode. These rewards include in-game Tickets and Battle Points for players of all Ranks. Players of Rank Master and above will also be able to receive the S22 Mystery Skin for free, players of Rank Mythic will also receive an Extra Emote. December 25/26- Tigreal S23 First Recharge skin Tigreal “Steel Guardian” skin Following the commencement of Ranked Season 23, Tigreal will be receiving an all-new skin named “Steel Guardian”. The skin will be the S23 First Recharge Skin, which players can obtain for recharging in-game Diamonds at least one time, which will then allow players to purchase it at the cost of 50 in-game Diamonds. Other perks for players who recharge during Ranked Season 23 will most likely include Weekly Rewards of various types, and a Name Change Card players can purchase after recharging for at least 3 different days at a cost of 50 in-game Diamonds.
